As a Life Cycle Systems Engineer I , you'll be working with cross functional teams providing end-to-end support for various RTX product lines. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) focuses on optimizing the total performance, readiness, and sustainability of systems from initial conceptual design through final operational disposal. In this foundational role, you may collaborate with teams across critical product support and sustainment disciplines, including reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM), failure and corrective action analysis, and integrated logistics support (ILS).
Your work directly impacts focal areas such as system provisioning, the development of logistics product data, preventative maintenance scheduling, spares analysis, technical manuals, and training program creation. This role also supports robust depot repair and returns pipelines and long-term sustainment services. You will help ensure products remain effective, supportable, and affordable throughout their entire life cycle, which maximizes mission readiness while minimizing the total ownership cost of the system.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
