The role focuses on hardware/software lifecycle tracking, licensing, and data management, requiring strong detail orientation, excellent communication, and experience with government purchasing and quality control; TS/SCI with Poly required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field with 8+ years in government purchasing, data management, hardware/software management, and quality control.
  • Hands-on data management and maintenance for large scale systems; experience with software licenses and support; hardware warranties and maintenance; government hardware/software purchasing; cross-functional data gathering for lifecycle info.

Job Summary

Leidos is looking for a self-motivated Lifecycle Support Analyst to join a high performing Agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology on a program that provides system engineering, development, test, integration, and operational support to a large, fast-paced program, and is infusing new technology and adding advanced capabilities while continuing to support an on‑going operational system. The selected individual will work with various technical teams to support a large, complex hardware/software system consisting of multiple geographically distributed systems and diverse configurations within a multifaceted network environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and software control, tracking, and management support.
  • Research and update hardware maintenance, software support, and license information, and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Research and update lifecycle information for hardware and software, including End of Life, End of Life Support, and End of Sale status.
  • Generate reports or provide data to support technical team requests.
  • Support continuous process improvement and validation of data within the Hardware and Software Data Management System.
  • Provide back‑up support for the Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) report.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Must have at least 8 years of government purchasing, data management, hardware/software management, and quality control experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in several of the following areas:
    • Hands‑on experience performing data management and maintenance support for large scale systems.
    • Experience with software licenses and support.
    • Experience with hardware warranties and maintenance.
    • Government Hardware/Software purchasing experience.
    • Experience working directly with technical teams to gather and document information related to the lifecycle of hardware equipment and software.
  • Must be detail‑oriented and able to handle time‑sensitive tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be self‑motivated and proactive in order to independently and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be diligent, thorough, and willing to research and troubleshoot until a problem is resolved.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Hands‑on System Administration/help desk experience related to hardware and software maintenance.
  • Extensive, formal Quality Assurance or Configuration Management experience on a large technical system.
  • Experience establishing, documenting, and implementing processes and process improvements.
  • Experience working with financial data.

Pay Range

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00
