We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager with a dedicated focus on customer activation. This role is critical for guiding our newly registered users from their initial sign-up to their first key conversion point: booking an appointment with us.
You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and technically executing personalized, data-driven journeys using our marketing automation platforms. You'll leverage your expertise to build and optimize campaigns across various channels (especially email and SMS), design and curate customer segments, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure data flow and platform capabilities support our activation goals.

The estimated salary range for this role is 105,000-115,000K per year, based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including equity, health, vision, dental, 401K and Work from home stipend.
