Location: Remote (PST timezone preferred) OR Montreal Hybrid

About This Role

Join our marketing team to own lifecycle marketing across three platforms: Bandsintown (100M users), Bandsintown for Artists (700K users), and Bandsintown Pro (65K users). You\'ll develop lifecycle programs and campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and retention while connecting fans worldwide with concerts they love. This is your chance to shape the future of live music discovery and promotion.

What You’ll Achieve

Strategy & Execution

  • Build lifecycle marketing programs that maximize activation, engagement, revenue, and retention across platforms
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Develop sophisticated user segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Wireframe campaign concepts and work with the Creative team to produce high-converting messaging and visuals

Analytics & Optimization

  • Enhance existing tracking systems and run ongoing tests to improve campaign performance
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and ROI analysis to stakeholders and leadership
  • Lead CRM platform optimization and stay current on lifecycle marketing innovations
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate and improve campaign strategy, content, optimization & reporting.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years lifecycle marketing in SaaS, consumer tech, or entertainment/media
  • A strong portfolio of gated and ungated work showing measurable impact
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Braze, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Tableau, Google Analytics)
  • Comfort using AI tools to research, ideate, and execute, while refining with a human touch
  • Proven ability to present complex strategies and insights in executive-friendly formats
