Role

As Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll literally transform and save lives by architecting and building the journeys that guide clients from curiosity to transformation, unlocking healing for hundreds of thousands.

• Strategy: Own the full lifecycle strategy, develop roadmaps, and execute on initiatives that increase acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals

• Acquisition: Launch thoughtful campaigns across email and sms to ignite clients’ healing journey with Mindbloom

• Activation: Architect seamless, personalized lifecycle flows across email, sms, and in-app channels that help clients complete their full program for transformational results

• Retention: Identify moments to creatively re-engage clients post-treatment with new programs that meet them where they are in their mental health journey

• Referrals: Craft a high-impact referral engine that turns client love into exponential growth

• Experiments: Run bold experiments, measure outcomes relentlessly, and double down on what works to accelerate client impact

• Collaboration: Proactively partner with product and engineering to market new features and programs with high-converting campaigns that educate clients

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $175,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
