Job summary

Just Ingredients in Orem, UT is seeking a Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager to own the strategy and daily management of our customer retention and loyalty programs. This role spans email, SMS, loyalty, and subscriptions, driving lifetime value and repeat purchases.

You will lead lifecycle campaigns, develop automated flows, and partner with Creative, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent, on-brand experiences while improving engagement and program ROI.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty marketing, including leading people and projects.
• Proven track record managing lifecycle/loyalty across email, SMS, and related channels.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge, Bold, Skio or similar.
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms (Smile.io, Yotpo, LoyaltyLion).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present clear narratives.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the retention and loyalty strategy and calendar aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Lead personalized email and SMS campaigns across lifecycle journeys from welcome to win-back.
• Build and refine automated flows to reduce churn and boost subscription upgrades.
• Collaborate with Creative for consistent on-brand customer experiences across touchpoints.
• Segment customers and build timely journeys; run A/B tests to improve engagement.
• Track KPIs (open/click, conversion, retention, CLV) and translate results into recommendations.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance on retention insights and ROI reporting.
