Job summary

Alexandria Insights is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst in Stafford, VA to support lifecycle logistics across acquisition phases. This on-site role involves collaborating with IPTs, developing sustainment plans, and reviewing major acquisition documents. Strong communication and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience; ±4 years substitution acceptable.
• DAWIA LCL Foundational equivalent; additional credentials preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Product Support element planning and logistics documentation for milestones and events.
• Experience with MCSC/PEO acquisition policies and Marine Corps maintenance and supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting Command and Control, Tactical Communications, and Networking systems during acquisition.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams.
• Proficient with Marine Corps enterprise logistics applications, MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• DoD SECRET clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Assistant Product Managers – Logistics, Team Leads, Project Officers, Logistics Analysts, and IPTs.
• Develop and review Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, LORA Reports, IUID Plans, and other logistics documentation.
• Review logistics input to Acquisition Strategies, Plans, and Master Schedules.
• Support development of Engineering Change Proposals and participate at CCBs.
• Analyze maintenance data and readiness reports to identify trends and mitigations.
• Ensure technical publications are accurate and managed through lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance, supply, and DMSMS issues.
• Travel and perform other duties as required.

Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst – Stafford, VA

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Alexandria Insights is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst, with a strong background in life cycle logistics across all the acquisition phases, to support our customer in Stafford, VA. Duties include:

• Provide direct support to Assistant Product Managers – Logistics, Team Leads, Project Officers, Logistics Analysts, and Integrated Product Teams.
• Develop and review Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, LORA Reports, IUID Plans, Integrated Logistics Assessment documentation, MPT Analyses and Plans, Training Packages, Fielding Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, DMSMS Plans, and Disposal Plans.
• Review and provide logistics input to Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Systems Engineering Management Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and other required acquisition documentation.
• Support development and evaluation of Engineering Change Proposals and participate at Configuration Control Boards to ensure integrated product support elements are addressed.
• Analyze technical data, usage data, maintenance plans, and enterprise maintenance and readiness reports to identify maintenance/repair trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure technical publications are technically accurate, and monitor/manage technical publications throughout development, review, signature, and publication.
• Investigate and recommend solutions for maintenance, supply distribution, and DMSMS issues.
• Travel and perform other duties as required.

Qualification Factors

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience; +4 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• DAWIA LCL Foundational equivalent, additional DAWIA LCL Credentials preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Product Support element planning and management, and developing logistics documentation for acquisition milestones, decision, and events.
• Experience with MCSC/PEO acquisition policies and processes and Marine Corps maintenance and supply chain management operations.
• Experience supporting Command and Control, Tactical Communications, and Networking systems in various phases of the acquisition cycle preferred.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings.
• Proficient with Marine Corps enterprise logistics applications, MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• DoD SECRET clearance eligibility is required.

Salary $100,000.00-$130,000.00
