Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and run post-purchase email programs that grow revenue from customers who already have the kit.
• Use targeting, testing, and reporting to improve conversion and scale programs.
• Support launches of offers and products with focus on attach, upgrade, expansion.
• Report on conversion, revenue, and related metrics.
• Support other customer communications including plan changes, terms of service, and new-country launches.
