LifeTime, Inc. LifeCafe is seeking staff to prepare and serve food, shakes and beverages in a fast, friendly environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean and sanitized cafe, and assist guests with suggestions based on their preferences.

Role emphasizes standing, quick service, and reliable teamwork. CPR/AED certification within 30 days is required to ensure safety compliance for all team members.

Qualifications

• Stand in stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.

Job description

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time


• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs


• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
