Job summary

Life Time is hiring LifeCafe Staff to execute food, shakes and beverage orders according to recipe and speed of service standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, sanitized cafe environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling espresso drinks, assisting members, and keeping the cafe orderly while meeting safety guidelines and quality expectations. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
