Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking LifeCafe Staff to prepare menu items according to recipes and service standards while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced LifeCafe environment.

You will handle food, shakes, and espresso drinks, answer member questions with recommendations, and maintain a clean, sanitary space to ensure a high-quality member experience in Life Cafe at Life Time locations. Standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and completing CPR/AED training within 30 days

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly member service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and move about the cafe.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
