Life Time Inc. is seeking LifeCafe Staff in Northbrook, IL to prepare menu items per recipes and speed standards, while delivering friendly service and maintaining a clean, sanitized cafe.

This hourly role offers wages starting at $15.25 to $18.25, with pay based on experience and qualifications. CPR/AED training is required within 30 days of hire, and the job requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift over 20 lbs.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
