What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of life insurance underwriting experience
- Established life insurance underwriting authority limit of $3 million
- Expert knowledge of risk selection, including medical, non-medical, and financial aspects
- Familiarity with underwriting administrative systems and guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of underwriting experience with an approval limit of up to $5 million
- Completion of industry exams such as FLMI, FALU, CLU, or ChFC
- Experience with third-party distribution and reinsurance
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
