Job summary

SeaWorld, in San Diego, seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors to join our team. You will monitor, operate, and maintain life support systems and related electrical equipment across the park, ensuring reliability and safety while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read schematics, excellent communication, and stamina to work weekends and holidays. You’ll join a passionate team supporting animal care and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand electrical/electronic schematics.
• Able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests and team members.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, or smelling.
• Work weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain life support systems and related equipment and water treatment facilities.
• Represent SeaWorld with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on instrumentation and support equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate electrical systems, components, motors and machinery.
