Qualifications

• CPR and crisis intervention techniques required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to independently problem-solve.
• Current, valid driver’s license with US driving record.
• Ability to engage with individuals with IDD in daily activities.

Responsabilités

• Maintains supervision levels for residents per program management and support plans.
• Instructs and supports individuals toward daily living outcomes and safety.
• Administers medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Coordinates transportation needs per support plan and site requirements.
• Responds to emergencies; conducts CPR/First Aid and drills as trained.
• Completes required paperwork and maintains program documentation.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards at the site.
