Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in Morris County, Butler, NJ. The role involves helping an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, with a set 16 hours per week schedule.

You will assist with routines, encourage independence, and document services while driving to assigned shifts. Driving on shift is REQUIRED, and pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
• Experience in caregiving is preferred.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
