Caliber Therapies is seeking a dedicated provider to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role involves responsibilities such as driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living in client settings.

Mileage reimbursement is provided and the position is contract-based with potential for increased hours based on performance and availability. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with brain injury, IDD, mental health and/or veterans populations preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Professional Liability Insurance must be obtained upon hire.
• CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults must be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• May include driving.
• Assisting with transfers.
• Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs).

Position Details

• Service Area — Glenside, PA (mileage reimbursed)
• Employment Type — Contract position with potential for increased hours based on performance and availability
• Responsibilities: May include driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Please note this is not a home health position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and/or veteran populations
• Military service or experience with veterans (not required but a plus)
• Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation
• Professional Liability Insurance (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and driving history check
• Current full-coverage auto insurance
• Rate — $20/hr
