Job summary

Caliber Therapies is seeking a dedicated provider to join our Albuquerque team, offering client-centered services in residences or community settings. The role is a contract position with mileage reimbursement and flexible hours, paying $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include driving, transfers, and support with ADLs as needed, not home health. Ideal candidates are organized, ethical, self-motivated, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with brain injury, IDD, mental health or veterans is a plus.
• Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• May include driving to service areas in Albuquerque, NM and supporting ADLs.
• Assist with transfers and activities of daily living as needed.
• Document care and progress using a tablet; maintain accurate records.

Position Details:

• Service Area: Albuquerque, NM (mileage reimbursed)
• Employment Type: Contract position with potential for increased hours based on performance and availability
• Responsibilities: May include driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Please note this is not a home health position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and/or veteran populations
• Military service or experience with veterans (not required but a plus)
• Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation

• Professional Liability Insurance (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and driving history check
• Current full-coverage auto insurance
• Rate: $20/hr
