Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive hands-on execution across Life Sciences Warehouse and Transportation Management transformation programs within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice. We modernize warehousing and logistics for pharma/medical device clients, integrating WMS/TMS with ERP and QA systems and applying AI-enabled automation.

You will lead design and implementation across WMS/TMS stacks, ensure GxP/GDP compliance, and collaborate with SI partners to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years delivering both warehouse management and transportation management system implementations in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences environments
• Demonstrated platform fluency across WMS and TMS including SAP EWM/TM, Manhattan WMS/TM, or Blue Yonder WMS/TM
• Minimum 3 years of TMS delivery experience specific to life sciences distribution including cold chain management and temperature alerting

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of WMS/TMS implementations across life sciences clients — manage workstreams and coordinate with system integrators and client teams
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GDP and quality standards
• Lead design and implementation of TMS solutions for cold chain and lane optimization
• Integrate WMS/TMS with ERP, QA, and visibility systems for end-to-end execution
• Apply AI and automation to warehouse and transportation operations
• Design order fulfillment processes for life sciences channels including pick/pack/ship and returns management
• Develop reusable delivery assets and validated configuration templates for Life Sciences Fulfillment
• Engage in hands-on project delivery and leadership across engagements
