Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a large law firm focusing on life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements.
• Experience in life sciences commercial agreements including supply/manufacturing, master services, research and clinical trial agreements.
• Experience providing IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets.
• Undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience preferred but not required.
