Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment, including experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border; life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements; and IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets. An undergraduate or graduate science degree and/ or medical device experience are preferred but not required. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
