Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in consulting, life sciences, strategy, transformation, or business advisory.
• Experience in biotech or life sciences is required, ideally with research or R&D exposure.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and transformation engagements across biotech and life sciences teams.
• Help clients adopt new technologies, including AI, by defining change strategies and value drivers.
• Apply design thinking, lean principles, and structured problem solving to ambiguous challenges.
• Reimagine processes and decision-making to improve efficiency and adoption.
• Develop analyses, recommendations, and client-ready presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to align on priorities and transformation plans.
