Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience at a law firm, government agency, or comparable in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on U.S. FDA or other regulatory matters.
• Support cross-border regulatory strategy or corporate transactions.
• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments.

Skills

Experience in life sciences product regulatory law

Strong research and writing skills

Ability to manage complex matters

Professional fluency in Japanese or Mandarin

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to one or more state bars
