A top-tier regulatory practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Practice Group across multiple major U.S. offices. The role focuses on providing comprehensive legal counsel across healthcare provider/supplier operations and life sciences product regulations in an interdisciplinary environment alongside litigation, white-collar, transactions, and IP teams.
Healthcare Provider Counsel: Advise academic medical centers, health systems, outpatient providers, digital health companies, and healthcare investors on regulatory compliance, operational matters, and supplier regulations.
Life Sciences Regulatory: Support global pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostic, dietary supplement, and cosmetics companies on regulatory strategy and compliance.
Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with corporate, transactional, litigation, intellectual property, and white-collar defense groups on regulatory aspects of healthcare and life sciences matters.
Research & Advisory: Conduct complex legal research, draft regulatory submissions, and deliver actionable counsel to clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, including direct representation of hospitals, health systems, providers, or healthcare suppliers.
Licensure: Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying.
Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; creative problem-solving ability; capacity to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively in deal and case teams.
Credentials: Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (Base salary, commensurate with experience)
