Job summary
EY is seeking a Client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation across manufacturing and lab operations. You will focus on quality systems, data integrity, audits, and inspection readiness, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device clients.
In this techno-functional delivery role, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, translate needs into requirements, oversee QMS/LIMS/MES integrations, and ensure successful
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, quality, or related field.
- At least 7 years of Life Sciences Manufacturing Quality experience.
- Experience leading client-facing quality and digital workstreams.
- Experience in regulated pharma/manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GxP/GMP, data integrity, e-records, and validation expectations.
- Ability to travel 80-100%.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences Manufacturing Quality transformation.
- Assess current-state quality processes and data flows.
- Translate quality needs into process designs and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate integration across eQMS/QMS, LIMS, MES/MOM, ERP.
- Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and training.
- Facilitate sessions across quality, manufacturing, IT, and vendors.
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
- Coach junior team members.
