EY seeks a client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation across quality systems, data, AI, and compliance in regulated environments. You will steer defined workstreams from assessment through adoption, with focus on data integrity, inspection readiness, and product quality across manufacturing and laboratory operations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, quality, or related discipline.
Experience leading client-facing quality or digital workstreams in regulated environments.

Mansioni

Lead client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Quality workstreams with clear ownership of plans and outcomes.
Assess current-state quality processes, data flows, and site constraints.
Translate priorities into functional designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Define designs for deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, and inspection readiness.
Coordinate integration across eQMS/QMS, LIMS, MES/MOM, ERP, and lab systems.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover.
Facilitate cross-functional sessions across quality, manufacturing, IT, and vendors.
Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks; contribute to proposals.
