Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing North America in Columbia, MO is seeking a full-time Project/Associate Project Manager to support study design, documentation, and client communications across Operations, QA, Finance and Business Development.

Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, changing scopes when needed, reviewing invoices, and maintaining comprehensive project records. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2 years of experience, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Willingness to learn eLlMS, EtQ and Microsoft Office application is required.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Ability to analyze complex data sets as part of root cause analysis and statistical modeling/trending.
• Experience with project management tools and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, client instructions, and related records to establish documented requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate study designs and project records in Eurofins LIMS and related systems.
• Confirm methods, protocols, samples, reference materials, specifications, contacts, and other prerequisites are available or tracked before initiation.
• Serve as the routine client contact; lead status meetings; document decisions, owners, and target dates; and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate work across Operations, Quality Assurance, Analytical Test Designers, Stability and Sample Administration, Finance, Quoting, Business Development, and supporting functions.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and open actions; identify risks and communicate recovery needs.
• Compare requested work with approved scope; initiate change-order or commercial review; monitor PO coverage.
• Review invoices and billing milestones and support resolution of discrepancies.
• Resolve routine issues using established processes and elevate significant risks with details.
• Maintain professional, complete, traceable project documentation and backup coverage.
• Support Associate PM learning and peer coverage when assigned.
