Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO seeks a full-time professional to manage client projects and study setups. You will coordinate with operations, commercial teams, and clients to define scope, prepare proposals, and maintain clear communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include overseeing studies, monitoring changes, ensuring data integrity, and updating CRM with project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Experience with project management tools and facilitating complex client projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients and communicates goals to operations via study design within eLtMS-BPT.
• Defines project scope with commercial staff and assists in quotes and proposals.
• Provides project oversight and acts as client advocate on site to keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitors updates to management for scope changes, issues, and client satisfaction.
• Updates information in CRM and manages study prerequisites onsite to start projects.
• Ensures accuracy of study setup and reflects client expectations in design.
