Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as program manager and advisor to stakeholders within health systems, while being a liaison to life science partners. This includes:

  • Being a project manager responsible for working closely with our clients on various Quality Improvement, clinical education, or other specific clinically driven projects.
  • Interfacing with the customer on all project-related matters, keeping the project on schedule and in scope, anticipating and assessing project issues, and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
  • Developing detailed work plans, creating status reports, conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing project write ups, final reports, and case studies
  • Providing technical support via your expertise in precision medicine or genomics and collaborating closely with the data science team to solve problems and develop solutions
  • Assisting in the delivery of new technologies, platforms, and processes with clinical trial, precision medicine and other cancer care teams within hospitals/health systems; this may include bioinformatics, gene expression, drug resistant tumors, or other rare disease research.
  • Support management of the client relationship by managing practice relationships and fostering an environment which will lead to additional project adoption.
What Youll Do

In this role, you will serve as program manager and advisor to stakeholders within health systems, while being a liaison to life science partners. This includes:

  • Serve as a technical and bioinformatics advisor for various projects that will harness advanced AI/LLM technologies and a deep understanding of cancer biomarkers and treatment.
  • Contribute your thought leadership and expertise in gene expression, drug resistant tumors, other rare disease research, to the design and delivery of solutions that align to OncoLens informatics strategy and roadmap
  • Provide technical support via your expertise in precision medicine or genomics and collaborate closely with the data science team to solve problems and develop solutions.
  • Be a program manager in the commercialization of these new technologies, platforms, and processes with clinical trial, precision medicine and other cancer care teams within hospitals/health systems.Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop and deliver solutions that address customer needs
  • Strong planning and project management skills with experience working on multiple work streams, ability to execute within established timeline
  • Strong understanding of clinical data and informatics. Strong familiarity with Electronic Medical Record platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and comfortable interacting with hospital leadership and physicians
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and deadlines; prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities smoothly and professionally
What You Should Have
  • Possess at least 5 years of total work experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, particularly oncology, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office required; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with Quality Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Plan Do Act Study methodologies a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, write reports, and evaluate new start proposals.
  • Experience in precision medicine or genomics.
  • Passionate about innovation and driven to make a real impact on human health.
