Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer – Life Sciences for a 6 to 12 months contract onsite in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires coordinating contractors and design firms, ensuring GMP, codes and safety, and supporting scope, schedule and budget development. The candidate will act as liaison among project teams and owner resources, aiding transfer and consolidation of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in pharma/Life Sciences GMP manufacturing.
• Direct experience with EPC/design firms and construction contractors on facility modifications and manufacturing consolidation.
• Experience with consolidation and transfer of tableting, packaging, and powder down-filling operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, design firms, technical teams, documentation, and project execution while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.
• Manage documentation to ensure RFIs, submittals, and design deliverables meet client requirements.
• Act as liaison between Technical Project Lead, contractors, design team, and owner resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, end-user requirements, and site-specific requirements during development and execution.
• Assist with project scope, schedule, budget, risk and change management, and other deliverables.
• Provide technical support and assist in issue resolution during development and execution.
• Support project consolidation and execution activities for manufacturing operations consolidation.
