Job summary

Accenture is hiring a consultant to drive large-scale Planning transformation programs for Life Sciences clients, applying AI-enabled capabilities to redefine how pharma, biotech, and medical devices design, plan, and deliver. You will deliver end-to-end projects while building Accenture’s differentiated Planning capability.

Travel is required (0–75%), with a background in supply chain and integrated planning, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain initiatives.
• 3+ years experience in Integrated Planning initiatives.
• 2+ years in Biopharma, MedTech, CDMO/CMO or Life Sciences adjacent sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Planning transformation programs.
• Understand value levers for Planning reinvention across life sciences sectors.
• Engage in project delivery, lead work products and mentor others.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development of Generative AI and agent-based modeling for scalable Planning solutions.
