Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive planning transformation within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, building Accenture’s planning capabilities for pharma, biotech, MedTech, and related sectors.

Travel 0-75%. Requires 3+ years planning/SC experience, consulting exposure, and familiarity with life sciences planning platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences domains such as Biopharma, MedTech, CDMO/CMO or related sector.
Minimum of 1 year of external consulting experience at a consulting firm or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level within industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years of work experience.
Bonus points for expertise in Patient-Based Demand Forecasting, IBP/S&OP, S&OE, Inventory Optimization, or Clinical Supply.

Responsibilities

Support project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in Planning and AI-enabled transformations.
Understand business value levers for Planning reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and beyond including full value chain impacts of Planning decision making.
Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support opportunities with clients.
Engage deeply in project delivery with hands-on work, leading work products, and coaching others.
Effectively communicate to manage internal and external relationships and deliver with excellence.
Support practice and people development in addition to day-to-day project delivery excellence.
Support delivery of generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable use cases for Agentic planning operations.
