The role involves managing global patent portfolios, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and performing analyses such as freedom-to-operate and patentability.

Qualifications

• Background in Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences.
• Ph.D. strongly preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or boutique IP firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing global patent portfolios.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Performing freedom-to-operate, patentability, and invalidity analyses.
• Assisting with IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Supporting post-grant proceedings, IP counseling, and litigation.
