Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Marketing Specialist who can bring order to enable scalable marketing operations. You will document and refine standard operating procedures, coordinate production of assets across video, one-pagers, decks, and design collateral, and serve as the team’s go-to for Airtable and knowledge management.

This is an individual contributor role focused on Life Sciences marketing, reporting into the team, with opportunities to grow into other domains as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on Airtable experience required.
• Strong process orientation and organization.
• Digitally savvy with quick tool learning.
• Generalist mindset with broad marketing interest.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine SOPs across Life Sciences marketing.
• Coordinate production of marketing assets across formats.
• Own Airtable bases, views, and automations.
• Support broader marketing programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines with designers, vendors, and content owners.
