Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience licensing, technology transfer and technology transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate IP licenses, including patent and trademark licenses.
• Engage in joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements.
• Handle technology licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Manage distribution agreements and perform IP/tech transaction due diligence for corporate deals.
