Qualified candidates will have two to four years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and experience in government investigations, including life sciences matters and related civil litigation.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience in government investigations.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in life sciences matters including the False Claims Act, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defending government investigations and related complex civil fraud litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other advocacy documents for high-stakes matters.
• Collaborate with Boston, MA or Washington, DC offices on investigations and related matters.
