Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation within Life Sciences Supply Chain & Engineering. You will guide AI-enabled, data-driven programs for pharma, biotech, MedTech and distributors worldwide, focusing on digital thread and data backbone concepts.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences supply chain and manufacturing in digital CMC and PLM.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (if associate degree, minimum 6 years).
Responsibilities
- Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations using PLM, CMC, data as a product, and AI-enabled approaches.
- Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharma, biotech, MedTech and related areas.
- Build knowledge to support opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work using AI and effective engagement.
- Communicate with senior client stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence.
- Coordinate networked consulting to enable world-class delivery across tech, management consulting, and Data/AI.
- Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, and data management thought leadership.
