Premier AmLaw Firm in Boston is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice Group. The role focuses on advising emerging growth and public life sciences companies on equity financings, M&A, IPOs, and governance while coordinating cross‑functional deal teams in a hybrid work setting.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of corporate experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A transactions.
• Experience advising life sciences companies is preferred; genuine interest in life sciences considered.
• Prior AmLaw firm experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant components of complex transactions independently while collaborating with deal teams.
• Soft skills: strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and multi-workstream management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation:Annual base salary is expected to range from$235,000 – $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
