Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in life sciences commercial cross one or more functions.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting or equivalent role.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams translating ambition into future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities where AI/analytics/automation unlock value and improve speed and quality.
• Frame AI/data approach for priority use cases with data inputs and governance.
• Assess current-state processes, data flows, dependencies, and value leakage points.
• Build future-state workflows, capability models, and business cases.
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions across business, technology, analytics, and operations.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, sessions, risks, and next steps.
• Translate value opportunities into measurable outcomes with KPIs and adoption metrics.
