The team advises emerging growth companies, established life sciences businesses, investors and strategic partners across the full corporate lifecycle, including:

• venture capital and growth equity financing
• mergers and acquisitions
• strategic collaborations and licensing transactions
• joint ventures and commercial agreements
• corporate governance and general corporate advisory matters
• capital markets and other financing transactions

Associates work closely with innovative biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare companies, gaining significant client exposure while advising on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
