Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned advisor to shape and execute end-to-end supply chain transformations for top clients in the United States. You will partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize operating models, planning, and processes.

You will mentor teams, lead diverse groups, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 75% as needed in a dynamic, collaborative environment at Accenture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on relevant Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years in internal consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with AI technologies including LLMs and agentic AI platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights.
• Address enterprise-wide issues with scalable strategies.
• Spot, define, and solve supply chain problems across operating models, analytics, and processes.
• Provide clients with insights to improve operations, efficiency, and profitability.
• Mentor and coach teams, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership.
• Travel as required (10-75%).
