Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior supply chain advisor in the United States to help clients transform operations using AI-powered insights. You will lead small to medium teams, mentor colleagues, and partner with business leaders to design scalable solutions across industries.

You will travel 10–75% and bring 5+ years of supply chain transformation experience, plus a strong consulting background and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience working on relevant Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or 7 years of internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non-consulting companies.
Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic AI platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Work directly with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
Help address priority enterprise-wide issues with strategies that can be executed with speed and at scale.
Spot, define, and solve Supply Chain problems using operating model architecture, business analytics, and supply chain processes.
Provide clients with insights to improve operations, speed, and efficiency.
Challenge legacy processes with constructive approaches to drive growth.
Leverage technology to improve client effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead small to medium teams with diverse backgrounds and mentor others.
Support client sales origination, business development, and external thought leadership.
