Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Planning transformation within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. You will advise C-suite and operations leaders on AI-driven planning, shaping data strategy and a roadmap to transform manufacturing and supply chains.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will build executive relationships, drive growth, and oversee multi-partner delivery while managing risk and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience, solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and senior-level stakeholder management.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and working within Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure data and AI strategy to build assets and technologies for growth.
• Lead Planning transformation with AI, across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Guide senior client relationships, drive growth, and align stakeholders around a transformation vision.
