Job summary

Breakthrough Properties seeks a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a Boston/Cambridge life science portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director, Asset Services, you will manage operations, client relations, and improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet budget and timelines.

Responsibilities include lease oversight, capital project tracking, financial reporting, and ensuring hospitality-focused service for tenant clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in asset/property management.
• Experience with life science or commercial facilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and financial skills; proficient in Excel and Yardi.
• Onsite presence and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management and facility teams to deliver best-in-class service.
• Maintain client relationships with a hospitality focus.
• Review leases and manage tours for prospective tenants.
• Oversee property financials: budgets, monthly statements, CAM, and rent collection.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Respond to liability issues and assist risk management.
