Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction focusing on life science, pharmaceutical, or healthcare projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certifications in OSHPD/HCAI regulations and construction safety are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage site safety, schedules, financial goals, and quality control in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Lead subcontractors and field staff through effective communication and coordination.
