Role Summary

serve as a life sciences (specifically Chemical and Biomolecular Sciences) domain expert supporting the development, implementation, and adoption of AI-driven solutions across pharma safety use cases. I act as a bridge between business stakeholders, scientific subject matter experts, clients, and technical teams to ensure products align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Provide life science domain expertise for AI-enabled products and initiatives, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with pharmaceutical workflows.
• Partner with product, technical, data science, and business teams to translate scientific and business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Lead and support client demonstrations, executive presentations, and stakeholder engagements to showcase product capabilities.
• Coordinate with key business resources and subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate functionality, and drive project execution.
• Support product implementation activities, including user onboarding, feedback collection, workflow design, and adoption planning.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Represent the voice of the end user throughout product development and implementation efforts.
• Contribute to solution design, feature prioritization, and strategic discussions related to AI applications within the Life science domain.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
