Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Captain EC135 SPIFR/NVG for Helicopter Air Ambulance operations in Middlefield, OH. This full‑time role covers day/night rotations with a 7/7 schedule, and a relocation package is available with a 2‑year service commitment.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES will hold Commercial and Instrument Helicopter ratings, First Class Medical, and meet CAMTS requirements. Expected duties include loading/unloading patients, safe operations, and exceptional customer service across diverse

Qualifications

• 2,000 Total Hours ( helicopter ) required.
• 1,500 Hours Helicopter, 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters, 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters.
• 100 Hours in Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG).
• Must meet weight policy (≤235 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM.
• Support Safety Management System and Destination Zero campaigns.
• Provide safe, efficient, courteous, reliable service to internal and external customers.
