Job summary

PHI Health in Medina, OH seeks a Captain EC135 SPIFR/NVG with instrument rating for 24/7 life-saving helicopter operations. You will be part of a skilled team delivering rapid medical response, participating in community outreach and adhering to safety programs. A transition package may apply with service requirements.

Requirements include CAMTS-compliant medical, 2,000 total hours, and specific helicopter hours; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
First Class Medical CAMTS Requirement // 2,000 Total Hours.
1,500 Hours Helicopter; 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters.
500 Hours Turbine Helicopters; 100 Hours in Unaided Night Ops or 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours NVG.
75 Hours Instrument (Actual & Hood); weight under 235 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate PHI Air Medical EC135 SPIFR/NVG per CAMTS guidelines.
Participate in 24-hour day/night rotations; assist with loading/unloading.
Adhere to GOM; support Safety Management System and Destination Zero.
Engage with internal/external customers to provide safe, efficient service.
