Auto Club Enterprises in Avon, NY is seeking a Life Sales Agent to join a fast-paced, service-driven team. You'll leverage warm leads and a strong product portfolio to grow financially and professionally while delivering legendary member service.

The role emphasizes daily outreach, member consultations, and tailoring life insurance solutions to individual needs, with a focus on retention and high performance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and good organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• HS diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Prior insurance experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit and drug screens.

Responsibilities Include:

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Qualifications:

• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
