AAA Life Insurance seeks a Life Sales Agent to drive growth in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Enjoy 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions and all warm leads provided.

Training and licensing support are included, along with comprehensive benefits and retirement plans. Responsibilities include daily warm sales calls from a large member database, engaging with members in branches, and identifying financial needs to explain the value of life insurance.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus. Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
